Neil Lawrence- Transformational Coach
I am an accredited transformational coach, mindfulness practitioner, ethical organisational consultant, wellbeing expert and facilitator. I coach, consult and train both private and public sector clients in the UK.
My motivation is to be of service to others, to hold myself and others accountable to the goals and ambitions they set as individuals or within groups. I believe sustainable successes occur when creativity meets authenticity.
I have a psychological understanding of organisations at all levels and am trained to coach businesses and public sector environments to find optimum operational solutions. My other specialisms include managing uncertainty, exploring identity and supporting those who are changing role.
I am a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and hold a master’s degree in psychodynamic psychotherapy theory for use in groups and organisations.
Hazel Wallace – Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist
In 1998 I graduated with a BSc (Hon.) psychology during which I learnt to use psychometric tests and conduct research into various issues.
I have provided consultation to many statutory agencies working with, or wishing to work with, diversity and equality issues. This also included working with companies in policy consultation and implementation, managing bullying and harassment and embracing a diverse workforce.
I have been in private practice as a coach and counsellor since 2003 helping people one-to-one to enhance their lives and live them to the full. I qualified as a cognitive behavioural therapist in 2014 and have worked both in private practice and in statutory sector work.
I have organised, produced and facilitated training and workshops for Statutory and Voluntary organisations on a variety of wellbeing topics including anxiety management, managing anger, beating depression, improving self-esteem and confidence building.
I have taught the Mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy for depression course in statutory sector for four years and also cultivate personal practice of mindfulness.
I am motivated by helping people to resolve their issues, enhance their lives and live them to the full. This includes helping people to identify their own goals and then helping them to remove barriers so that they can achieve them. I am passionate about inclusion and equality of opportunity for all and removal of internal and external barriers that prevent this from happening.
